Still a privately held company, Deejay System Consultants Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in April, 1998, under the Indian Companies Act with the aim of providing total solutions encompassing High Quality Consultancy Services and total implementation of projects in power & telecom systems to the utility market place.

The Company commenced its operations as a knowledge based company powered by the intellectual vision and long working experience of Mr. D.K. Chowdhury, the founder member and first Managing Director of the Company. Before this venture, Mr. Chowdhury was a key member in Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, a central Transmission Utility (CTU) and one of the largest transmission utilities in the world. While working in POWERGRID, he was instrumental in developing the complex EMS/SCADA and Telecommunication systems applied in Unified Load Despatch & Communication Facilities put up by POWERGRID in all the five regions of the country. His in-depth knowledge and deep association with Multinational Companies in this field, provided him a very high level of expertise to be reckoned with not only in the country but at the global level.
